Standard Specifications

  1. Wall height of 9'.
  2. All door and window openings cut and dressed.
  3. All electrical mortises cut.
  4. Angle iron splines attached to 2"x8" bucks.
  5. Expanding foam gasket and wool insulation between logs.(full scribe)
  6. Top plates cut level or with roof pitch ready for panels.
  7. Scalloped exterior log extensions.(full scribe)
  8. Cut and dressed log arches.
  9. All settling devices.
  10. Log shell cleaned and power washed.
  11. All fastening devices.
  12. One coat of Sansin Timber-tec preservative.(optional)
  13. Second level log/timber beams and floor joists.(as per plan)
  14. Posted log/timber Ridge and Purlin roof system.
  15. Log/timber post and beam porch.(if applicable)
  16. 4" x 6" porch rafters at 4' O/C.(if applicable)
  17. Synergy Roof Panels prefinished interior T&G and installed.
  18. Main level TimberStairs assembled and set in place.
  19. Stair and loft railing.(material only)
  20. Log/timber detailed set of plans.
