Log Wall Profiles 8" x 14" hand fitted logs with Dovetailed corners and 2 1/2" chink gap 10" x Random(16"-22") logs with Dovetail corners and random chink gap Hand peeled Round Full Scribe Saddlenotch corners(12"-22" diameter logs) Standard Specifications Wall height of 9’. All door and window openings cut and dressed. All electrical mortises cut. Angle iron splines attached to 2”x8” window and door bucks. Expanding foam gasket and wool insulation between logs.(Full Scribe) Top plates cut level or with roof pitch ready for panels. Scalloped exterior log extensions.(Full Scribe) Cut and dressed log arches. All settling devices. All fasteners required. Log shell cleaned and power washed. One coat of Sansin Timber Tec preservative.(Optional) Second level log beams and floor joists (as per plan) Posted Ridge and Purlin Roof system. Log post and beam porch (if applicable). 4”x6” porch rafters at 4’ on center (if applicable). Other log options 10’ – 13’ high log walls. Log Trusses (King Post or Collar Tie) in gable ends or Great Room. Windows and doors -         High quality Bonneville Grizzly ll wood single hung windows. -         Solid white pine frames and sashes. -        Thermal panes (10 year seal warranty). -         Low E argon and aluminum clad exterior optionally available. -         PVC high performance sliding patio doors with wood frames.  Loft and porch decking -          2 x 6 pine flooring for loft supplied only. -          2 x 6 pine decking for porches supplied only (if applicable). Insulated roof panels (see roof panel specs) Full set of plan drawings -          Additional information and details pertaining to your local building codes may have to be added to the drawings. -          Your local building department for permit approvals may require an Architects or Engineers stamp. Note:  All materials are installed unless noted as “supplied only”. Garages -          Garages are not included or shown on the plans. -          Log or framed garages can be incorporated to all models. -          They can be detached or attached. -          Let us know what your needs are       Roof Panel Specifications THESE PANELS ARE UNLIKE THE TYPICAL STRESS SKIN PANEL.  THEY HAVE MANY DISTINCT ADVANTAGES. Advantages Strength:  Our panels are constructed with 2 x 10 rafters at 24” on center sandwiched between ½” O.S.B. sheathing on the interior and exterior.  The panel is virtually an 8’ wide “I-Beam” allowing the panels to span great distances without an intermediate support. Finished Interior:  The interior of the panels are attractively finished with Ύ” Pine Tongue & Groove paneling. Air Space:  Our panels incorporate a 1½” air space, which allows the roof to breathe. A vented roof will prevent ice damming and will extend the life of roofing material (especially asphalt shingles). Pre-cut:  All panels are pre-cut including dormer openings and valleys.  This feature will significantly reduce assembly time and ultimately save the customer on crane charges. The Numbers Panel Dimensions: The standard panel is 8’ wide by up to 28’ in length. Specifications:   11Ό”   R32 Panel Not Included: Finished fascia boards, ridge and soffit vents are to be supplied and installed by your contractor.
