Fast Hassle-free On-site Assembly Included Kwik-Kit homes are assembled at your site under our direct supervision in just two to four days. Each package is pre-cut at our facility to ensure that every component fits and matches perfectly. The home is then carefully organized in kit form and shipped to your site where a team of our skilled craftsmen ensure that every detail of its assembly is professionally completed. All that is required is for you to provide a foundation and sub floor, two laborers, and a crane. Exceptional Value Kwik-Kit homes offer exceptional value. Complete Log Home Package Your Kwik-Kit provides you with a more complete handcrafted log home package. The nine-feet high walls are handcrafted from 12-inch to 24-in diameter hand-peeled eastern white pine. Included are all exterior doors and windows, second level log floor joints, log stairs, log post and beam roof and porch system, 2" x 6" pine decking for 2nd floor and porches, and insulated roof panels. For superior protection, the log walls are preserved with a Timber Tec coating. Insulated Roof Panels Kwik-Kit homes include Legendary's acclaimed roof panels. Capable of unprecedented spans without an intermediate support, these attractive and highly-functional panels allow for open cathedral ceiling through out the home. Each panel is 8-feet wide and includes 8-inches of foam insulation plus 1½" of air space, allowing the roof to breathe, thereby preventing ice damming and extending shingle life. The exposed interior side is attractively finished in ¾" tongue and groove pine.
